For 20+ years and over 5,000 events of every size and format later, I’ve been building executive experiences that people talk about long after they’ve left the room. Flagship conferences with major growth year over year. F1 paddock experiences that turned skeptical CXOs into champions. Executive roundtables and summits where relationships were built and multimillion dollar deals were closed.

What’s always driven me is equal parts love for hosting and curiosity about what’s next. The event industry is one of the last places where AI hasn’t fully landed yet, and that’s exactly where the opportunity is. There’s enormous room to use technology to scale what great events teams do; automating the operational work that consumes most of a team’s time, so the focus stays on the moments that matters.

The through-line across all of it is the same thing my mother taught me: the best moments don’t just happen by accident. They happen when someone cares enough to engineer every detail.
